We collect Personal Information, such as your name, email address, pet information, geographic location, telephone number, mailing address, and other information, when you voluntarily provide it to us. We may share your Personal Information with our subsidiaries as well as our animal welfare organizations. To subscribe to our VIP Room 69, you must provide contact information (e.g. first and last name) and financial information (e.g. credit/debit card number, expiration date). It is important to note that credit/debit card information does not touch Community Pets servers, and is held by a third-party payment processor: RenevueCat. This information is used for subscription purposes.
The App may contain links to third-party websites (“Third-Party Sites”). Third-Party Sites may collect information about you when you interact with them through links on our Apps. If you follow any link to a Third-Party Site, you should review those websites’ privacy policies to find out how they protect your privacy. We are not responsible for Third-Party Sites or their privacy practices.
The App may contain links to certain Third-Party Sites (like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook) to provide information about us and our services (those websites, “Social Media Services”). When you follow, like, comment, or otherwise engage with us through these Social Media Services, we see the Personal Information that the Social Media Service generally makes available about its users (that information, “Social Media Information”). You should review the privacy policies of Social Media Services you interact with for more information on how it collects, uses, and shares Personal Information, including Social Media Information that may be provided to us.

All traffic on our App is encrypted with an SSL/TSL Certificate, including transmission of Personal Information to the App. Of course, no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so you provide your Personal Information to us at your own risk.
Information collected through the App will be accessed and processed in South Africa. By using the App and providing your Personal Information to us, you consent to this.
We do not knowingly collect information from or about children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 may have provided Personal Information through the App, please contact us here.
